Ingredients:
- 500g Chickpeas
- 7 cups of water
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ onion
Method:
- Wash the dried chickpeas 3 times.
- Put the washed chickpeas and water into a slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours.
- Add pinch of salt to taste during the last 30 mins of cooking.
