Chickpeas cooked in Slow Cooker

Ingredients:

  • 500g Chickpeas
  • 7 cups of water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ onion

Method:

  1. Wash the dried chickpeas 3 times.
  2. Put the washed chickpeas and water into a slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours.
  3. Add pinch of salt to taste during the last 30 mins of cooking.
