Chocolate Chip Cookies

This chocolate chip cookie is chewy inside but crispy on the outside

My family and I like the chocolate chip cookies made using this recipe.

Notes:

  • Because of the hot weather here, I usually keep the dough inside the fridge for an hour before shaping it into balls using an ice-cream scoop.
  • Cream the butter and sugar by pressing it to the side of the bowl for them to mix well.
  • My own personal preference is to reduce the amount of sugar by 20-25%.
