My family and I like the chocolate chip cookies made using this recipe.
Notes:
- Because of the hot weather here, I usually keep the dough inside the fridge for an hour before shaping it into balls using an ice-cream scoop.
- Cream the butter and sugar by pressing it to the side of the bowl for them to mix well.
- My own personal preference is to reduce the amount of sugar by 20-25%.
